Brief Biography (English)
Dr. Sefater Gbashi is a postdoctoral researcher and temporary lecturer in the Department of Biotechnology and Food Technology at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a member of various national and international scientific organizations including, the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), South African Chemical Institute (SACI). Dr. Sefater has also published several papers in reputable peer-review journals.
