Mr Suleiman Garba was born in Hadejia local government of Jigawa state in Nigeria. He started his educational career by attending Babale Kiriyo Islamiyya Primary School, Hadejia and Science Secondary School Kafin Hausa between 1991-2003. Mr Garba obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in Chemistry at Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria, between 2010-2018.
After his studies, Mr Garba became a Teacher at the Jigawa State Universal Basic Education Board in Nigeria. He later joined Jigawa state College of Remedial and Advanced Studies (JICORAS) in Kafin Hausa, as Assistant Lecturer in 2012.
In 2013, Mr Garba joined the then Jigawa State University (now the Sule Lamido University, Kafin Hausa, Nigeria) as a Graduate Assistant. He is currently working as an Assistant Lecturer at the same university. Mr Garba is Registered with various academic and professional bodies such as the Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN), the Royal Society of Chemistry, the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM) as well as IUPAC Affiliate Membership (AMP). He is a seasoned Scientific Researcher specializing in Organic Chemistry and is interest in Natural Products Chemistry, Structure elucidation (NMR and MS) and metabolomics.
