Brief Biography (English)
Prof Oliver Fuo is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, North-West University, South Africa. He teaches Local Government Law and Socio-Economic Rights at the undergraduate level and supervises LLB, LLM and LLD students in these areas. Oliver Fuo has presented papers in national and international conferences and has published numerous articles in established national and international journals. He serves as a reviewer for several law journals and is Assistant Editor of the Potchefstroom Electronic Law Journal. His research addresses a range of issues that cut across Constitutional Law; Local Government Law; Socio-Economic Rights Law and Aspects of Environmental Law.
