Dr Ngiambudulu M Francisco is a clinical Immunologist and Principal Investigator at the Instituto Nacional de Investigação em Saúde (National Institute for Health Research) - INIS, Luanda, Angola. He holds a PhD in Immunology from the University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa. He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Immunology, UCT, with a research interest in HIV infection and Transplant. In 2016, he was employed as a Distinguish Research Associate at Zongshan School of Medicine, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China until 2019. He is a member of various international scientific research organisations in the area of immunology, infectious diseases, and molecular medicine such as the International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS); Federation of African Immunological Societies (FAIS); South African Immunology Society (SAIS); International Society for Infectious Diseases (ISID); African Society for Laboratory Medicine (ASLM). Dr Francisco has a number of publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals. He serves as an editorial and review board member of some scholarly reputable journals.
