Prof Morris Fanadzo holds a PhD in Agronomy and is currently based at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, South Africa. Broadly, his main research interests centre on improving productivity and sustainability of smallholder farming, particularly in low input systems of Africa. This includes cropping systems agronomy, integrated pest management, conservation agriculture and smallholder irrigation. To this regard, he has over 40 publications which include peer reviewed articles, book chapters and popular publications. He is extensively involved in curriculum development, editorial and reviewing services, postgraduate theses examination, and supervision of postgraduate students at both national and international level.
