Professor Serupia Semuhoza Etienne is a Director of Research and Innovation in the College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) at the National University of Rwanda. He is an also Editor-in-Chief of Rwanda Journal of Social Sciences, Humanities and Business (RJSSHB). Prof Etienne is currently an Associate Professor and attached to the Department of the Social Sciences at the National University of Rwanda, and focus on Psychology, management and human resources and issues related to psychosocial problems.
Rwanda Journal of Social Sciences, Humanities and Business (RJSSHB) is a journal that promotes the development and enhancement of research in various disciplines of Political Sciences, Sociology, Social Work, Education, Human Resources, Administration, Management and Business Studies, Economics, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies, Psychology, journalism, communication and related fields.
