Brief Biography (English)
Dr Walied Elsaigh obtained his BSc Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Khartoum in Sudan and worked with both building contractor and consultant Engineers for some years. He later completed his Honours degree in Transportation Engineering and subsequently obtained his Master and PhD degrees in Engineering from the University of Pretoria. His current position is senior lecturer at the Department of Civil Engineering of University of South Africa (UNISA).
