Dr Andrew C. Eloka-Eboka is a Researcher as well as a Chemical and Mechanical Engineer. He works on the food-energy-water-climate nexus, bioenergy, biofuels, process engineering, as well as the environment.
Dr Eloka-Eboka has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, a Master of Engineering (Mechanical) specializing in energy studies, as well as a Bachelor Honors in Chemical Engineering/Technology.
He is a Senior Lecturer at the North-West University, South Africa. Dr Eloka-Eboka has delivered research papers at different local and international conferences and has won best paper awards in 2013 and 2018. He had several Research Fellowships at the European Joint Research Centre, Ispra, Italy and the University of Tlemcen, Algeria; The Academy of Sciences for the Third World (TWAS) – RegionaI Office for Central & South Asia (ROCASA) at the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre For Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bangalore, India and The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS-DFG) amongst others.
Dr Eloka-Eboka was amongst the selected Africans who attended the European Science Forum in 2016. He has several grants, awards, technical reports, research collaborations, and more than 40 peer-reviewed journal publications. Dr Eloka-Eboka is a National Research Foundation (NRF)-rated Researcher and an Affiliate of the African Academy of Sciences.
