Dr Olugbenga Elemile is a Faculty at the Department of Civil Engineering, College of Engineering, Landmark University, Omu-Aran, Nigeria He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. He also attended the Federal University of Technology, Akure, where he obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He also obtained a Masters in Public Health (Environmental Health) at the University of Ibadan. He later obtained his PhD in 2016 from the Civil Engineering Department, University of Ibadan, Nigeria specializing in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering. His research interests include building the capacity of people to manage wastes, minimizing carbon dioxide emissions from waste landfills, climate change and solid waste management, and other activities. He is a registered member of the following learned and professional associations: Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN); Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Nigerian Water Supply Association (NWSA). He left the public service voluntarily as an Assistant Director of Engineering in the Ondo State Water Corporation after working for 15 years. Presently, he is a Faculty and presently the Head of Department at the Department of Civil Engineering, College of Science and Engineering, Landmark University, Omu-Aran, Nigeria.
