Dr Ekebafe is married with three children, received several awards and grants. Published over seventy papers in Polymer Science, sorption optimization, and fillers. Dr has attended training, workshops, conferences, and have been appointed as a reviewer of research articles for peer-reviewed local and international journals. Member of the following profession bodies Chemical Society of Nigeria, Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria, Polymer Institute of Nigeria, Materials Society of Nigeria, and the America Chemical Society. Dr Ekebafe has held administrative responsibilities Board Secretary for the Department of Polymer Technology from 2004-2017. Member, the local organizing committee for Edo State Chapter of the Chemical Society of Nigeria conferences from 2011-2013, 2016-2017. Secretary, Edo State chapter of the Chemical Society of Nigeria, 2015-2017. LOC Secretary, 10th Chemtech Conference of the Edo State Chapter, Chemical Society of Nigeria. Head, Technical, 6th National Engineering Conference and Exhibition of the School of Engineering Technology, Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi. He has been a member of some committees, these include the Curriculum Review Committee for Polymer Technology Department, (2013), Chairman Audit Committee of the Association of polymer technology students (2015), member, Committee for the review and validation of practical manuals in Polymer Technology Department and Board Member of the accreditation preparation committee for the department (2015). Project Coordinator for ND II (2016), HND (2017-till date) He has provided some professional consultancy services to industry and private individuals and volunteering positions at Believers’ Loveworld Inc; on venue management and follow-up/visitation and Christ Apostolic Church on evangelism. He enjoy making friends and meeting with people. He regularly participate and help to organize Church activities and conferences.
