Brief Biography (English)
Prof Bernard Dione is a Senior Lecturer in Library and Information Science at the School of Library, Archives and Documentation (École de bibliothécaires, Archivistes et Documentalistes) at the Cheikh Anta Diop University (UCAD) in Dakar in Senegal. He is also the Director of the Senegalese National Information and Documentation Center at the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in Dakar in Senegal.
Prof Dione obtained his PhD from the University of Montreal in Canada in 2012. He obtained his Doctorate 3rd Cycle from the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar in Senegal in 2001.
