Brief Biography (English)
Dr Zubeida Dawood is a senior researcher who holds a PhD from the University of Cape Town. She is currently working as a senior researcher at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) within the Information and Cyber Security Centre (ICSC). She enjoys research and writing and is passionate about knowledge transfer and human capital development for the advancement of science amongst the youth. Dr Dawood has published over 25 peer-reviewed publications. Her research interests lie in cyber security, governance in cyber security, semantic web technologies and ontologies.
