Brief Biography (English)
Dr Chukwuma has a PhD, MSc, and BSc (Hon) in Biochemistry from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), South Africa. He has 4 years of postdoctoral research experience in medicinal plant and functional food research. He has published more than 32 articles in reputable journals and has more than 220 citations. He is also a recipient of several awards and scholarships and has served as an invited reviewer for many reputable journals and several competitive grants. He is currently a researcher and MSc/PhD project supervisor at the Central University of Technology, South Africa, and a registered scientist of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions.
