Dineshen Chuckravanen is Lecturer and Research Scientist at the Université des Mascareignes (UdM), and an expert in artificial intelligence, physiology and neuroscience. He has published over 15 journal papers and over 10 conference papers in the field encompassing computation, mathematical modelling and analysis of physiological and neuroscience. He is an expert in various programming languages which he employs actively in describing physical and biological systems. He has various publications pertaining nonlinear methods and emphasize the importance of nonlinear analysis methods for analysing non-stationary biological signals. He has received three fellowships in the past (MPhil in optoelectronics, PhD faculty fellowship in physiology and neuroscience and Postdoc (Marie Curie Fellowship, Brussels) ranked below 25 in the competitive international calls and was hosted in Turkey.
