Dismas Kipchirchir Choge obtain a Bachelor of Education in Physics and Mathematics from Kenyatta University in 2007. In December 2012, he obtain his Masters degree in Physics from Moi University. In 2019, he obtain his PhD in Condensed Matter Physics from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), where he worked on the Design and Implementation of Blue and Orange solid-state lasers by wavelength conversion techniques. He is currently a Lecturer at the University of Eldoret (UoE). His current research interests include the development and implementation of solid-state lasers, especially in the visible range and photonic applications of integrated waveguide systems. He is a member of the Optical Society of America (OSA) and the Physics Society of Kenya (PSK). He has published a total of more than 10 SCI-indexed papers, such as Optical Materials Express, Laser Physics Letters, J. Op. Soc. Of Am. B, Applied Optics and Applied Sciences.
