Brief Biography (English)
Dr Robert Stalone Buwule is a Senior Assistant Librarian at the Kyambogo University, Uganda. He heads the Library ICT section. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Masters of Information Science from Makerere University, and Masters of Information Technology from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. His research interests include the application of technological innovation, improving information access for persons with disabilities, and the empowerment of youth and other marginalized persons through information products and services. He has presented research papers at several conferences like 4IIC, SCECSAL, PROLISSA, IS, and IFLA WLIC satellite conferences.
