Dr. Isiaka Toyin Busari graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa with a PhD degree in Agricultural Engineering with bias in Irrigation Water Management Techniques. In addition, he has a Master degree of technology in Agricultural Engineering (soil and water option) and Member of professional bodies such as Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigerian Institution of Agricultural Engineers (NIAE), South African Institute of Agricultural Engineers (SAIAE), Nigerian Water Supply Association (NWSA). he had about 17 years’ experience in the irrigation/water resources engineering sector and his PhD which has produced 4 journal publications is in the area of agricultural water management techniques. he had experience in data analysis and in conducting research in multidisciplinary, multi-partner projects across several regions or countries; work and networking experience in Africa; and good interpersonal skills. he had the ability to work in a multidisciplinary, multi-institutional, and multicultural environment ( he had worked with The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Nigeria and Tanzania).
