Prof Nestor Asiamah is an international public health researcher whose research network extends to the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. His research interest focuses on physical activity, clinical research, gerontology, epidemiological methods, and healthy ageing (environmental gerontology). He currently leads an international research team and serves as the lead research scientist at the Africa Centre for Epidemiology (ACE). He had the opportunity of collaborating with great researchers from around the world. In the last four year, he has done over 50 papers, 36 of which have been published in top-tier journals. He does about 10 papers a year, on average. He is currently a Lecturer/Assistant Professor at the School of Health and Social Care of the University of Essex, Colchester, United Kingdom.
