Dr Nonyelum Anumba is a professional Food scientist with bias in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food safety, Biotechnology, and Microbiology. She is a researcher and business expert with great innovative ideas for job creation. Her great interest in public health cannot be overemphasized as she demonstrates it through all her research, certifications, and publications regarding the production of safe foods for global health. Currently a senior laboratory and research officer in Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service. Dr Anumba seeks global interactions to excel more in her field as a food scientist and enhance the production of safe foods for public health.
