Brief Biography (English)

Kassian Tshithigona Tshiningombwa Amesho is a global asset, strong analyst and researcher with a proven record of solving complex problems. He has a strong passion for a career in environment and sustainable development, resources utilization and circular economy, technology and innovation management, R&D. He looks forward to working in both national and international environment where he would be able to upgrade his skills and knowledge to render competent and devoted services to such organization in which he would find himself as a stakeholder in order to help in the achievement of the organizational goals. He is currently a Research Scholar in Environmental Engineering of the Institute of Environmental Engineering at the National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan. His PhD study and research focus had centered around Green/Renewable Energy and Pollutants Reduction Control. His research work seeks to tremendously investigate and helping in combating climate change, particularly that bioenergy/biofuels encourages most people not to go to such extremes to help the environment. Instead, they just have to fill up with ethanol or biodiesel. Amesho is more into green liquid fuels, which are more environmental friendly. Besides the above-mentioned, He holds a Doctor Technologiae in Business Administration from the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), Pretoria, South Africa. The main objective of this doctoral study was to provide a framework for the evaluation of the effects of managing competitive advantage through technology and innovation in the metropolitan cities’ context while providing an understanding of the way in which technological innovation capabilities affect the efficiency and potential of organisation’s performance. The study attempted to draw on the theoretical literature and empirical studies on innovation, management and capabilities of technology in an effort to explore the role of technological innovation in city governments. The study posits the importance of managing technology and innovation as an essential ingredient of competitive advantage for the local government authorities or metropolitans and municipalities. He also hold a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Science from the North-Eastern Hill University in India, and MBA Degree from Regent Business School in South Africa. His Research interests include renewable energy and the management of innovation and technology for sustainable competitive advantage.
