Dr. Kolawole Sunday Ajibola , PhD bagged his Higher National Diploma (Statistics) with Upper Credit, from The Polytechnic Ibadan, obtained BSc. Industrial Relations and Personnel Management passed with First Class Honours at the Osun State University (UNIOSUN), MSc Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at the University of Lagos, Master of Personnel Psychology at the University of Ibadan and PhD in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya. He won the best graduating student departmental award during the 2011/2012 academic session. He also won the Centre for Global Human Resource Management grant in 2018 to attend the International Interdisciplinary Conference on Human Resource Management at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden held between 3-5 April, 2019. His research interest is in Human Resource Management and food. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and Association of University Administrator (AUA), United Kingdom.
