Brief Biography (English)
Dr. Ajayi is a biochemist specialized in agricultural biochemistry and nutrition of animals. Research interest includes effective use of agricultural wastes/non-competitive feedstuffs in animal feeding; use of tropical herbs, spices, plant extracts in animal production; sustainable feedstuffs for dairy animals, and dairy production. Also interested in youth participation in agriculture as a business, and development of agro-homesteads with tourists' interests.
