Dr Douaik Ahmed currently works at the Research Unit on Environment and Conservation of Natural Resources, Regional Center of Rabat of the National Institute of Agricultural Research (INRA). He does research in Statistics, Spatial Analysis, and Soil Science. He holds a BSc in Agricultural Sciences from Hassan 2 Institute of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (Rabat, Morocco), an MSc in Biometrics from University of Liège (Gembloux, Belgium), a PhD in Space-Time Statistics from Ghent University (Ghent, Belgium) and a Certificate in GIS and Remote Sensing Applied to Natural Resources Management from University of Twente (Enschede, The Netherlands).
