Prof. Adeyeye holds PhD in Food Processing & Storage Technology from Department of Food Science & Technology, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria. He has vast relevant experience in Food Science and Technology, Food Processing and Storage Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Quality Control and Functional foods. He is a member of several professional bodies and has authored and co-authored 74 publications. Dr. Adeyeye was listed in Stanford's Top 2% Scientists Worldwide in 2023
