Brief Biography (English)
Dr. Adesetan earned B.Sc Microbiology at Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago - Iwoye, MSc Microbiology at the University of Ibadan, Ibadan and PhD Microbiology at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago - Iwoye. She joined the default Department of Biological Science of Olabisi Onabanjo University ,Ago - Iwoy as Graduate Assistant in 2002. Her area of expertise is Food Microbiology especially Foodborne pathogens. She had a six-month research work at North-West University, Mafikeng, South Africa in 2015. Her present area of research is on the Molecular detection of Microbial pathogens and their toxins in food and mechanism of reducing these pathogens. She has publications in reputable journals both National and international.
