Dr Oluwaseun Adedokun is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pure and Applied Physics, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria.
He joined the university as a Graduate Assistant in November 2009. Dr Adedokun obtained a BTech in Applied Physics (First Class Division) and an MTech in Energy and Solid State Physics (Distinction) in 2008 and 2012, respectively.
He was a CSIR-TWAS postgraduate Fellow at CSIR-CGCRI Kolkata, India from June 2014 to May 2015. Dr Adedokun later obtained his Doctoral of Philosophy in Solid State Physics in 2016. He was Awarded the Research Training Fellowship for Developing Countries Scientists (RTF-DCS) twice in 2016 and 2019 to visit a research laboratory/centre in India.
Dr Adedokun is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Physics (MNIP) and the Nigerian Young Academy (NYA). His Research focus is in the area of Nanomaterial Synthesis and Characterization, Thin Films Technology, Renewable Energy and Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells.
He has Published more than twenty (20) scientific papers in reputable journals.
