Brief Biography (English)
Dr Opeyemi Adediran holds a PhD in meat science and animal products from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He worked as an administrator at the University of Ibadan from 2010 till 2019. In 2019 he was appointed as a lecturer in the Department of Animal Science, University of Ibadan having obtained his PhD in the same department in 2016. His research interests include, shelf life extension, value addition and new product development of/from animal products (meat, milk and eggs) using natural compounds like plants and plant extracts.
