Brief Biography (English)
Dr Adebo hopes that her research will help improve utilisation of African plant-based foods considering the upsurge and current demand for foods with improved functionalities and health beneficial properties. She has published 46 articles in reputable and mostly high impact factor journals and contributed to 9 book chapters with reputable publishers. She has a google scholar and scopus h-index of 21 and 18, respectively.
