Speaker Ms Michelle Herbert, Engagement Manager for Data & Analytics, AltmetricAlternative Metrics – what are they? – Sources tracked in this metrics, what does the score represent Altmetric Badges on Springer Nature – Why are they useful? How to improve your research visibility – Social Media and beyond Traditional ways to promote your work – e.g. conferences etc. The webinar will be complemented with an overview of the submission and peer review workflow, as well as the importance of research integrity and ethics.  We will talk about the most important post-publication aspects that need to be considered in order for a paper to have maximum impact and offer invaluable advice on ways to make communicating the fruits of research as successful as possible, from writing a paper and choosing a journal to writing a cover letter and responding to referees comments.
