- TWAS-SN Bose PhD and Postdoctoral Fellowships, in collaboration with the S.N. Bose National Centre for Basic Science.
- TWAS-NCP Postdoctoral Fellowship, in collaboration with the National Centre for Physics (NCP).
- TWAS-ICCBS PhD and Postdoctoral Fellowships, in collaboration with the International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS).
- TWAS-CSIR PhD and Postdoctoral Fellowships, in collaboration with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).
